A fast efficient service is our aim, so you can shop easily and without fuss from home. Should you need any help please ring our customer service team on 0843 216 9902 (or +44 (0)208 877 9905 from outside the UK) – they are available Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition within 14 days (of receiving your goods) we will give you an exchange or refund. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Gingerlily cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Gingerlily will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery & Postage
When items are in stock we will despatch the order the following day. Please allow 7 days for the goods to arrive within the UK. See below for next day delivery. If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the delay and despatch as soon as it arrives.
Please note that for next day delivery, orders must be received by 12 noon and will be delivered on the next business day.
Our standard delivery charge is £6.50 for orders under £150 or free for orders over £150 for any UK mainland including Northern Ireland (excluding the Channel Islands). For next day delivery the cost is £8.50.
By providing your email or postal address you are giving Gingerlily Ltd permission to contact you with product news and special offers by email or post. If you would prefer not to receive communications from Gingerlily Ltd, please contact us. Gingerlily Ltd do not disclose information to any third parties.
Please note that we need you to agree with our terms and conditions for sales to non-EU countries, as set out below, before we can process your order:
UK VAT of 20% will be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries. Where goods are in stock we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Your order will be shipped once: i) Payment has been approved. ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified. iii) If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock. In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which all three of these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter. You will also incur carriage costs and any duties and charges levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Entry to competitions is free. Gingerlily Ltd reserves the right to reject any incorrect or incomplete entries. Competitions are not open to Gingerlily Ltd employees or their families, or to the employees or families of agencies associated with Gingerlily Ltd. Competitions can be extended or cancelled at any time without notice and at the discretion of Gingerlily Ltd. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Competition winners will be announced within 14 days after the close of the competition. No alternative cash or otherwise to the stated prizes are available. Any prize not claimed within 7 days of sending notification of a winning entry shall be forfeited. By entering competitions each entrant agrees to the Gingerlily Ltd contact preferences policy. Gingerlily Ltd reserves the right to cancel competitions at any time.
